This workbook teaches students about their stress response system. Students encounter Inner Lizzy, a character that is learning about the importance of self-regulation. They are tasked with wearing a heart rate monitor and logging their heart rate and “what’s happening” data over the course of 24 hours. Students chart this data and reflect on patterns in their own biometrics. The goal of the workbook is to teach about the stress response system and build lifelong self-awareness and self-regulation skills.
This is a printable and fillable digital workbook.
